Amy Cheek Adams, 35, of 102 Tate Drive, Burlington, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008.

A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of David D. Adams and the daughter of the late Mitchell Cheek and Barbara Ford Cheek, who survives. She was the owner and operator of Bodies In Progress and also a member of Lamb's Chapel formerly known as Haw River Christian Church.

Other than her husband of the home, she is survived by her two daughters; Brittany Jordan Adams and Kenzie Marie Adams also of the home; her mother, Barbara Ford Cheek of Burlington; one sister, Shannon Kimball and her husband Wade of Graham; one brother, Daniel Cheek of Charlotte; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be conducted at Lamb's Chapel / Haw River Christian Church on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. by pastor Brian Biggers.
