Mrs. Laura Virginia Yonker, 80, of Rt. 1, Box 589 died Friday morning in a local hospital.

She was a lifelong resident of Pensacola and a member of Pine Forest Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Fritz Yonker of Pensacola; three daughters, Mrs. Ollie Kirksey, Mrs. Maxine Cobb, and Mrs. Lucille Searles, of Pensacola; a brother, Arthur E. Taylor of Pensacola; 24 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Pine Forest Methodist Church with the Revs. Samuel C. Shirah and A. M. Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Pine Forest Cemetery with Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home directing.

The Ms.Yonker will be placed in the church at 2 p.m.

Honorary pallbearers will be Q. C. Webb, Joe H. Webb, John L. Webb, Oliver Webb, Emmett Shelby, Edward Gibbs, Jesse Odom and Sheriff Bill Davis.

Active pallbearers will be E. J. Gibbs, Jr., Ronald Gibbs, Bobby Mason, Walter Kirksey, Amos Brewton and Allen Taylor.
