PIEDMONT -- Tommy Lee Stewart, 58, of Piedmont, Rt. 3, died Monday at 5 p.m. at his residence after a short illness.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Shady Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Piedmont with the Rev. Harold Graham officiating. Burial will be in Piedmont Memory Gardens with Piedmont Gray Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jessie Stewart; a daughter, Mrs. Ray Glover of Piedmont; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Stewart of Piedmont, Rt. 3; a brother, Calvin J. Stewart of Piedmont Rt. 3, a sister, Mrs. Walter Kelly of Harbor City, Calif.
Active pallbearers will be Morgan, Ollie and Fayette Stewart, Fred Warren, Ross Weems and Robert Little.
He was a lifelong resident of the Piedmont area and a member of the Shady Grove Presbyterian Church. He was a retired textile employee.
