Hazel 15,111s, Ex-S.Ii. Resident Hazel Butts, 75, of North Hollywood, died July 8 in a Hollywood hospital. She was a resident of San Bernardino from 1926 to 1945. Mrs. Butts was head bookkeeper of the California Milk Producers Association while she lived in San Bernardino. She was once president of the San Bernardino Business and Professional Women's Club and was active in Zonta Club and Women's Club in San Bernardino. Survivors include her husband, Hiram, of Hollywood, and two sons, Arthur and John, both of Hollywood. Services were held Monday with burial in Valhalla Memorial Park, Los Angeles.
