From information supplied by the Gridley-Giggs Cemetery District, Clarence was a Laborer. He was the son of Charles Longacre of Kansas & Sarah Hudgins Longacre of Texas. Father of 7 sons & 2 daughters.
Cause of death was Muscular Atrophy.
The informant was Calvin Longacre.

Clarance was the grandson of Frank Longacre, a Pvt. In Co. 2 Battery Kansas Light Artillery during the War between the States.

Clarence was the second grandson of Benjamin Longacre, the first Longacre to enter into Missouri. Ben moved to Bluff Springs, north of present day Kingsville, in 1827.

Clarence was the fifth great-grandson of Anders Peterson Longacre, born 1657, and Magdalena Cock Longacre, born 1659, the first Longacre's born in America.
