He was a retired welder & had been a resident of Gridley for the past 15 years. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Frankland Longacre; his mother Sarah Elizabeth Longacre;3 sisters - Mae Byers, Jane Cobb & Laura Iva Longacre and 3 brothers Buster, Clarance & Calvin Longacre.
