Mrs. Bertha Elizabeth Day of 1140 Grove Street, widow of Joseph M. Day, died at 3:45 p.m., Saturday Nov. 10, 1962, in the Divine Providence Hospital. She was 59.
Mrs. Day was born at Grassflat, Clearfield County.
Surviving are two sons, Edward G. and Joseph K., both of this city; three brothers, Jacob and William Maggs, both of this city; and John Maggs, Philipsburg; five sisters, Mrs. Mabel Lundy, Mrs. Verily Killian and Mrs. William Miller, all of this city; Mrs. Charles Seal of Woxhall, and Mrs. Alice Holt, of Haldeman, Ky. and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Noll's, 1 East Central Avenue, South Williamsport with the Rev. Daniel Wallace, pastor of the East End Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, of to 9ficiating. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight.
