Eula Mai McGregra was born December 8, 1903, in Adairville, Logan County, Kentucky to James William and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" (White) McGregra. Her mother passed away from pulmonary tuberculosis when Eula Mai was only eight (8) years of age leaving behind three (3) young children.

Eula Mai came to Tarpon Springs in 1920 where she met Granville Edwin Noblit, Jr..
The two were married on April 5, 1922, at the Presbyterian Church in Tarpon Springs.
Three (3) children were born into this union. Mary Dawn Noblit, William Vaughn "Bill" Noblit, and Granville Edwin "Bud" Noblit, III.

Eula Mai was a homemaker. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Tarpon Springs, a charter member, and president for three consecutive terms of the Women's Society of Christian Services, a past president and honorary life member of the Women's Club of Tarpon Springs and the Tarpon Springs Garden Club. She served on the boards of both Tarpon Springs Library and Pinellas County Visiting Nurses Association. She was a former member of Friends of the Tarpon Springs Library and the Tarpon Springs Yacht Club.

Survivors include a son, G. E. "Bud" Noblit, III Palm Harbor; a daughter, Mary Dawn Dewees, Mission Viejo, CA; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
