Buster was only 4 years old when he died from Tubercular Meningitis. There was no cure for that disease and he died a painful death at home. He is buried with his father and his grandmother Mary Alice in the Lake View Cemetery in Seattle. Joseph and Buster have a memorial plaque in Washelli where Leslie, his mother, was cremated.


OBIT:

Funeral services will be held for Buster Keller, aged 4 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Keller, 1419 Sunset Ave., Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Butterworth Chapel, 1921 First Avenue. The child died Thursday morning after an illness of several weeks believed to have resulted from a severe attack of influenza some time ago.

Buster Keller is survived by his parents and by one brother, Robert George Keller, aged 6 years and one sister, Frances Josephine Keller, aged 8 years. Mr. and Mrs. Keller have been Seattle residents for twenty years. The child's grandmother, Mrs. Josephine McLaughlin has been clerk of Palm Circle, Women of Woodcraft, for several years.

Rev. James W. Schoeberg will officiate at the funeral services and interment will take place at Lake View Cemetery.
