Evan Wesley "EboZz" Bosworth, 20, of Tequesta died Friday, Oct. 17 in Jupiter Medical Center. He was born in West Palm Beach. He graduated with the Jupiter High School Class of 2006. He was attending Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, pursuing a curriculum in pre-law. He attended the First United Methodist Church of Jupiter-Tequesta. He was interested in computers and baseball and was a Gator fan.

Survivors include his parents, Tim and Debbie Bosworth of Tequesta; two brothers, Ryan and Keenan of Tequesta; paternal grandparents, Tom and Leta Rae Bosworth of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Roake of Hobe Sound; his aunt and uncle, Leslie Nixon and Thad Roake; and a host of cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kyle, in 1985, and his grandfather, Charles Roake, in 2004.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 23 at Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home, 250 Center St., Jupiter. A celebration of life Service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 24, at First United Methodist Church of Jupiter-Tequesta, 815 E. Indiantown Road, Jupiter. The Rev. Wayne Speakman will officiate.

Memorial donations may be made to the March of Dimes, 1649 Forum Place, Suite 2, West Palm Beach.
