Capt Robert Campbell Kennedy, b. 25 Aug 1761 in Augusta County, VA. d. 25 Feb 1815 in Lincoln County, VA. s/o Robert Kennedy and Martha Campbell.

Robert Campbell Kennedy is a Captain on the roster of the men who fought at the Battle of Kings Mountain, SWC on 7 October, 1780 he fought in the nRegiment of Washington County, VA Militia commanded by his cousin Colonel William Campbell.
