He was born July 16, 1921 in Clinton. He was the son of Arthur and Maude Stackhouse.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley and three sons, Steve, Chicago; Dennis, Calif.; Roger, Stratford, N.J.; one sister, Mabel Strange, Clinton; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter.
