Haskell was my Dad but no one who knew him ever called him Haskell. Everyone called him "Peck". He was a Roofer until he retired.
He and my Mother, Marietta [nee Funderburk] had been married 39 years when he passed. They were married 7 Jun 1946 in Yuma, Arizona. They lived in Ventura County, California until 1979 when they moved to Panama, Le Flore County, Oklahoma. My Dad was born in Wister, Oklahoma and had grown up in Le Flore County. He had always wanted to move back. My Mom refused until all of us children were grown and on our own. My Dad lived out the last years of his life in a place he loved surrounded by his Bremen Bulls and horses on 20 beautiful acres.
They had 4 children together. 2 daughters, Sandra and Barbara and 2 sons, Michael and Charles. All 4 were born in Ventura, Ventura County, California.
