Arlene Mae Sura died Sept. 22, 2008, at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls. Interment was at the Oakland Cemetery.
Arlene was born Sept.16, 1933, in Little Falls, Morrison County, to the late George and Helen (Noyes) Lintner. She grew up in Little Falls, attending Little Falls High School, graduating with the Class of 1951. She was united in marriage to Richard Doschka July 1, 1953, in Ohio. The couple later divorced. She met and married Leonard Sura. Following the couple's marriage, they lived in Little Falls. Arlene worked at Larson Boats and J.C. Penney and, for many years, as a volunteer at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls. Leonard died March 17, 1988. After Leonard's death, Arlene continued to live in Little Falls residing there until her death. For the past 27 years, Arlene has lived at Brotts Boarding Home in Little Falls and was cherished by all who live there with her.
Arlene is survived by her children Tina Marie, John, Anthony, Cathleen, Christine, Lori, Mary Ann, Joyce and Cynthia; brothers Leroy Linter and wife Patricia of Little Falls and Duane Lintner and wife Edie of Brainerd; numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard; parents; son Richard; an infant son Dennis; and a brother George Lintner, Jr.
Casketbearers were Kevin Lintner, Brian Lintner, Steve Lintner, Randy Lintner, Lynda Lintner and Dale Lintner.
