Was elected to two terms in the state legislature, first the lower house in 1902 and then the lower house in 1904 representing Roger Mills and Day counties. Owner and publisher of the Roger Mills Democrat Paper in 1907 and a son of the Confederacy. (bio by Deborah Blair)
