Burial was in Rural Township Cemetery at Beulah Presbyterian Church. Russell was born July 23, 1923 in East Moline to Edward W. and Helen C. Whitcomb Adamson. He married Wanda L. Kildow on December 25, 1944 in East Moline. Russell was a laborer for 30 years for the former Ray Parks Mason Contractor retiring in 1986. He was a member of the East Moline Masonic Lodge No. 969. He loved to play piano and listen to music.
