He was born in Manchester, Feb. 13, 1916, to Andre and Marie-Louise (Dancause) Boudreau. He was educated in Manchester schools until a sporting injury caused him to loose his hearing and he withdrew from formal education. He gained a wealth of knowledge by reading and became self-taught. With the introduction of closed captioning in television, he was able to expand his knowledge by watching news shows and documentaries.
He worked many years in the Manchester shoe industry at Salvage Shoe, Johnson Shoe and J.F. McElwain, retiring after 40 years.
He was able to enjoy music, going to the beach, dog races, horse races, and was an avid Red Sox fan.
Family family include a sister, Mrs. Raymond T. (Claire) Seidel of Manchester; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and cousins.
IN HIS LIFE: He was predeceased by his brothers, Donald and Lionel, and sisters Adrienne Boudreau, Irene Vadnais, Anita Boudreau, Lillian Bodkin and Estelle B. Fannon.
