He was preceded in death by both his parents;Sisters,Addie Viola(Rick)Hatfield,Franklin,Ohio,Martha Sloan,Bellefountaine,Ohio;Brother Walter Chandler of Johnsonville,Tenn..His son Rickie Edward Coffey;
He is survived by a Daughter; Vickie Smith of Greenville(Grainger County)Tennessee;Grandchildren,Travis West and Ricky and Joann Coffey.Special friends Larry Coffey and Elmer Grisham.Brothers Ristine,of Morristown,Tennessee and John of Bean Station,Tennessee. Sisters,Vioma(Oma)(Floyd)Mckinney,Marion,Indiana;Eva Brooks of Calif.,Bonnie and Brenda both of Mooresburg,Tennessee.
Burial is in the Cedar Grove Cemetery,Morristown,Tennessee.
