OBITUARY :
JAMES W. MORROW, 73, of Morgantown, Pa., and formerly of Waynesboro, died at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, Oct., 30, in the Lebanon Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lebanon.

Born April 6, 1918, in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late James W. and Bertha D. (Baker) Morrow.

He was a member of the Church of the Brethren, Waynesboro.

He also was a member of the Order of the Owls and the Joe Stickell Post of the American Legion, both in Waynesboro.

He served with the U.S. Army during World War II.

He is survived by three brothers, Frederick Morrow and Blackie Morrow, both of Waynesboro, and Robert L. Morrow of Poughkeepsie, N. Y.; three sisters, Emma Morrow, Sis Morrow and Mim Morrow, all of Waynesboro; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Harmony United Methodist Church, Morgantown, with the Rev. Randy Spears Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends one half-hour prior to services Monday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Owen W. Morrow, R. D. No. 1, Box 401, Morgantown, Pa. 17543.

Funeral arrangements were made by Christman's Funeral Home Inc., Lebanon.
