Anchorage resident PATRICK MCCOY RAMONES, 23, died Dec. 20, 2002, at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Visitation was at Witzleben's Bragaw Chapel, 1707 South Bragaw St. A mass of Christian burial was held at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church, 825 S. Klevin St. The Rev. Bala officiated. Esau M. Fualema, Chris Fernandez, Nate Talamaivao, Robert Talamaivao, Ryan Sargento, Kapisa Fields, Steve Copeland and Brandon Bow will served as pallbearers.

Mr. Ramones was born Sept. 13, 1979, in Anchorage and had lived in Oakland, Calif., between 1996 and 1998. He enjoyed computer graphics, body art, collecting cars, and music. He loved taking care of dogs. His family said, ''Patrick will be forever missed by his friends and family for his genuine heart, loving soul and for the inspiration he gave.''

He is survived by his father, Camello Ramones; mother, Andrea McCoy; grandma, Susana Ramones; uncles, Angel C. Ramones, Johnny Cotipy, Paning Cotipy; aunts, Solita Legarda, Beth Ramones, Susan Ramones; cousins, Rose M. degarda, Ann Marie degarda, James degarda, Cory degarda, Ryan Sargento, Golda Sargento; friends, Nate Talamaivao, Franko Openiano, Vanessa Romero, Dawn Sablan, Che Matus, Steven Copeland, Clarissa Openiaro, Esau M. Fualema, Brandon Bow, Robert Talamaivao, Kapesia Fields, Paulo Fualema, Lorraine Varella, Rinah Santos, Arthor and Betty, Stacy, Chris and Eric Day, Christian Fornandez; and his dogs, Kane Kadofi, Kuda Lane, Kanna Breezy, Mi Vida Loca and Kilo Nepolean. Arrangements were by Witzleben Family Funeral Homes & Crematory.
