Willie Mae Coleman, 87, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005. She was born June 24, 1918, in Fordyce, Ark., and resided in Las Vegas for 42 years. Willie Mae was a retired teachers aide with the Clark County School District. She is survived by her sons, Lester Coleman, Jr. and wife, Shirley, Jeff Coleman, and Thomas Coleman and wife, Jeralyn, all of Las Vegas; daughters, Dorothy Conger and husband, Bill, Fannye J. Coleman, Alyse Hill, all of Las Vegas, Sarah Hartman and husband, Harvey of Rialto, Calif., and Ann Coleman of Las Vegas; sisters, Idell Odom of Las Vegas, Eloise Singleton of Pasco, Wash., and Odessa Lawson of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 1-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Final visitation from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, with service to follow, both at Pentecostal Temple of God in Christ, 1117 N. F St. Interment will be at Palm Memorial Park-Las Vegas.
