ROBERT HUGH DE BERNARDI Born August 11, 1934 in Vancouver, British Columbia, died July 20, 2003 in Folsom, CA at the age of 68 years, 10 months and 9 days. Mr. De Bernardi has been a resident of Placer County for the past 14 years and was a resident of the Bay Area for 50 years. Mr. De Bernardi was a graduate of Jefferson High School in South San Francisco and served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He worked for United Airlines as a manager and retired after forty years with the company. Mr. De Bernardi was an avid fisherman and a lousy golfer. He is survived by Linda De Bernardi, his wife of 21 years, his son, Michele Quilici of San Jose and daughter, Theresa (Tracy) De Bernardi of San Jose. Also survived by his sister, Eileen Gallagher of Novato, his brother, Michael De Bernardi of Laughlin, NV, four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing and visitation Thursday, July 24, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Rosary service at Chapel of the Hills, 1331 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 25 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Chapel of the Hills.
