Emma May Patterson - aged 51 years, wife of George W. Patterson, died this morning at 9:25 at her home at 253 Wayne Avenue. She had been in ill health for the last two years and critically ill and bed-fast for the last week.
She was born at Quincy the daughter of Joseph and Mollie (Grooms) Patterson, and had made her home in Waynesboro for the last 25 years coming here from Pond Bank. She was married to Mr. Patterson in February 1911. She was a member of Calvary Tabernacle.
Surviving are her husband and children; Mrs. Frank Salerno of New York City; Mrs. Richard Miller and Mrs. Mary Keesecker of Hagerstown; George A., Harvey, James W. and Betty Virginia, at home; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the home, in charge of the Rev. George E. Dych. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery, Mont Alto. The body may be viewed Wednesday evening from 7 until 9 o'clock at the home.
