Raymond was the son of Samuel and Anna May (Buchanan) Hallock. He was married first to Ida Mary Schwarz and they had six children. He was married second to the widow Agatha "Agnes" Isabel (Blair) Green.

Obit - "Raymond S. Hallock, 70, of Barryville, died Sunday at Horton Memorial Hospital in Middletown.

Mr. Hallock, a retired employee of the New York State Highway Dept., was born April 9, 1903, in Hillside, to Samuel and Anna Buchanan Hallock. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was married to the former Agnes Blair.

Surviving are his widow; two sons, Donald of Barryville and Douglas of Narrowsburg; three daughters, Mrs. Christina Quick of Port Jervis, Mrs. Evelyn Hamilton and Miss Marjorie Hallock, both of Barryville; three brothers, Oliver of Eldred, Merlin of Boonton, NJ, and Elmer of Pond Eddy; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2pm Wednesday in the Pond Eddy United Methodist Church. The Rev. Frank C. Shannon will officiate.

Friends may call at the Gray Funeral Home, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, from 7 to 9 today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday. Burial will be in the Glen Spey Cemetery, Glen Spey.
