Beatrice Naomi Farnsworth Fergus, 83, died May 5, 1990 in a Sandy, Utah hospital.
She was born June 25, 1907 in Lyman, Wayne County, Utah to Stephen Alma and Mary Elizabeth Turner Farnsworth. She received her endownments in the Provo LDS Temple on February 14, 1974 and has served in the Relief Society. She was raised in Wayne County, Utah and has lived in the Salt Lake Valley all of her adult life. She loved to cook and generously invited many around her table. She was talented in sewing, quilting and crocheting many beautiful afghans and doilies. Survivors: daughters, Stella Larsen, Richfield; Helen Chandler, Provo; sons, Steven Fergus, Midvale; Jim Fergus, Riverton; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother, Boyd Farnsworth, Brigham City; sister, Verda Blake, St. George.
