LOCK HAVEN EXPRESS Wednesday, October 10, 1945.
Edward Forest Washburn, WT. 3/c (CB) V6 USNR, Syracuse, NY father of Mrs. Leonard Mann, Monument and Miss Bernice Mincer, Mill Hall, died yesterday in the Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, Virginia from a cerebral hemorrhage. Mr. Washburn enlisted in the Navy three years ago. Besides his two daughters he is survived by several brothers and sisters.
