Mr. Lilly, 71, died July 7, 2003, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was retired from the Army, serving from 1948-1972.
Survivors are his wife, Ye Sun Lilly of Columbus, Ohio; his daughters Jean Lilly Stamboni of Canton, Ga., and Mary Lou Lilly Bruce of Cumming, Ga., Ann Lilly Adams of Tampa, Fla., and Susan Lilly Mullins of Dallas,Ga.; his sons Michael Lilly of Tampa, Fla., Steve Lilly of Brookhaven, Chris Lilly of Richmond Hill, Ga., and Bobby Lilly of Laconia, N.H,; his brother, H.L. Lilly of Prairieville, La.; 20 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
