Aunt to Barner "Barney" Allen Bolt, Gary Michael Bolt, Michael Gerald Bevill, David Paul Bolt, James Patrick Bevill, and Jonathan Jay Bevill.

Her brother Barner Bevill said Frances was always baking a cake and trying to help somebody.
