OBITUARY :
MRS. PEARL JULIA SNOWBERGER BYERS, 59, of Roadside, wife of J. Frank Byers, died at 6:30 this morning at the Waynesboro Hospital.

She had been ill the last four weeks and had been confined to the hospital since October 22.

Mrs. Byers was born at Roadside, the daughter of D. Y. and Minnie Jacques Snowberger and lived her entire life at Roadside.

She attended the Presbyterian Church. Mr. and Mrs. Byers had been married 36 years.

She is survived by her husband, and the following children: Mrs. Paul Zearfoss, Waynesboro, Route 1; David F. Byers, Percy G. Byers of Waynesboro, Route 1; Mrs. Wilbur Kinley and Mrs. Kenneth Forsythe of Waynesboro; Claude J. Byers, Fayetteville, Route 1; and Lula May Byers, at home. Seventeen grandchildren also survive.

The following brothers and sisters also survive: John Snowberger and Mrs. Andrew Baker of Hagerstown; Mrs. Alvin Shinham of Aspers; Clyde Snowberger of Idaho; Percy Snowberger of York; Mrs. C. F. Wilson of Crownsville, Md.; Arthur Snowberger of Philadelphia; Eugene Snowberger, of Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Luther Kemper and Mrs. Albert Wilhide of Waynesboro.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 from the Grove Funeral Home, in charge of the Rev. H. T. Smith. Internment will be in Burns Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening, 7 to 9 o'clock.
