Thursday, February 28, 1901 Cambridge Jeffersonian.
Mrs. W. R. Alloway, of Kimbolton, aged 62 years, died Feb. 23, 1901, after a short illness of pneumonia.
She leaves three sons and, one daughter to mourn her loss. Her husband died about two years ago.
Prof. C. E. Alloway, a prominent teacher of this county, is a son of the deceased.
She also leaves four brothers and one sister.
The funeral was held Monday forenoon, services conducted by Rev. U. M. Porter, of Kimbolton, Interment was made beside her husband in the presence of a large number of sympathetic neighbors and friends.
