Elizabeth was the daughter of John Thomas Gibson,Jr and Bettie Moore Gibson. Elizabeth spent her entire life in Jefferson County. She was a member of Zion Episcopal Church. Elizabeth died unexpectedly at her home at 333 East First Avenue in Charles Town and was buried in Edge Hill Cemetery. Elizabeth is survived by one son Gibson M. Kyle.Elizabeths' late father John T. Gibson was a Confederate veteran and was a member of the 43rd VA Battalion, Mosby's Rangers.
