Tommy was the son of Robert G. James and Bianca Visconti James. Tommy lived in Charles Town. He was active in the Old Opera House Theater and was a 1972 graduate of Charles Town High School where he was a member of the band. Tommy died in a auto crash early that June morning on Rt 9 east of Charles Town along with his brother John and Michael Barger. God Bless.
