NANCE- CPL. DAVID A. NANCE 20, of 3010 Michael St., Bayview, died August 8 in plane crash in Liberty County, recovered Saturday. Served in U.S. Marines and stationed at Cherry Point, N. C. Survived by brother, Floyd M. Nance, Jr., Bayview, sisters, Mrs. Mary Beaushesne, Pasadena, Mrs. Rosalee Tucker, Killeen, Tx., Mrs. Linda Noteboom, Aurora, Colo.; grandmother, Mrs. E. A. Cpl. David Nance. BAYVIEW - Funeral services for Cpl. David A. Nance, 20, of 3010 Michael St in Bayview, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Jack Rowe Funeral Home. Burial will be in Seabrook Cemetery.
Cpl. Nance died in a plane crash Aug 8, 25 miles north of Liberty. He was born Sept. 24, 1954, in Pasadena. He was stationed at the Marine Air Station at Cherry Point, N.C. and was a lifelong resident of the bay area. He was also a graduate of Clear Creek High School.
Survivors include a brother, Floyd M. Nance, Jr. of Bayview, three sisters, Mrs. Marian Beauschesne of Pasadena, Mrs. Rosalee Tucker of Kelleen and Mrs. Linda Noteboom of Aurora, Colo., and a grandmother, Mrs. E. A. Sutton of Kansas City, Mo.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Monday.
