Funeral services for George "Little Tommy" Abel, 75, of Muskogee, Ok. were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Millsap Chapel in Fort Gibson with Chaplain Bill Crow officiating. Burial was at Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service. Mr. Abel was born July 18, 1924, in Vian, to Thomas and Georgia (Ruark) Abel. He died Tuesday, June 6, 2000, in Muskogee. Mr. Abel was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Kim Abel.
