Louisa was born in Scotland and immigrated with her family to America in 1818 as a small child. Louisa's family consisted of her parents; two brothers James Baker, Ansley Baker; and three sisters; Rachel Baker, Martha "Patsy" Baker, and Cinthey Baker. Patsy married Elijah's brother Robert H. Webb. Hannah met and married Elijah Webb August 14, 1839 in Dekalb County Georgia. Louisa and Elder Elijah Webb had 10 children and 92 grandchildren.
