SULPHUR SPRINGS - Funeral services for Pauline "Polly" Holley, 81, of Sulphur Springs are at 10 a.m. today at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred W. Lewis and Dr. David Hardage officiating. Burial is in Rosemound Cemetery in Commerce.

She died Tuesday at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

Born in the Posey Community on April 21, 1917, she was the daughter of William T. and Ada Rillia Tennison Luckey. She married Travis E. Holley in Waco on July 5, 1947.

Mrs. Holley moved to Sulphur Springs from Waco in 1991. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs and the Mildred Barksdale Sunday School Class of the church.

Surviving are her husband; a brother, W.A. Luckey of Forney and sisters Doyce Edna Dixon of Sulphur Springs and Melodies Godfrey of Cooper.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Glen Ray Luckey and two sisters, Grace Hopper and Gladene Couch.

Pallbearers are Greg Luckey, Terry Prince, Wilburn Winnett, Vernon Davis, Bill Deaton and Jim Barksdale.

The family will be present at the funeral home today from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
