He had many hobbies, skateboarding, electronics, archery, art, model and Live Steam railroading. Josh lived every moment as if it were a new adventure. He was not only a go-getter in his life, but was also a go-giver. Giving everything he had into his life, family, friends and community.

Cherished grandson of Gayle and Janet Weeren of Burton, Charles and Cheryl Fennen of San Antonio. Beloved nephew of DeArmond J. Fennen, Gary R. Fennen, Leslie Weeren, Kelly and Cary Stowe, Bill and Jean Stuve, Dave and Betty McKern, Carol Stuve, Steve and Peggy Witmer, Kay Zhorne, Allice Stuve, John and Cindy Stuve. He is also survived by many cousins. Josh was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Frederick W. and Mary M. Stuve.
Visitation was offered on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 6-8 PM in the Brenham Memorial Chapel, 2300 Stringer Street, Brenham, TX 77833. The funeral services were officiated by the associate pastor Greg Felder on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 10 AM in Saint John United Church of Christ, 516 North Colorado Street, Burton, TX 77835. Interment followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Burton, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the US Bank, 5222 South 136th, Omaha, NE 68137 c/o Josh Fennen Troop 331 Memorial Fund.
