LAKE BUTLER- Blanche O. Taylor, 82 of Lake Butler died Friday, May 5, 2000 at Brooke Wood Nursing Center in Starke following an extended Illness.
Born in Ocala, Mrs. Taylor lived most of her life in Jacksonville before moving to Lake Butler in 1991. She was a salesperson with the Woolworth Department store for 25 years.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by : a son Billy Mathis of Lake City and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband George L. Taylor.
Graveside services for Mrs. Taylor were May 8, 2000 at Mt. Zion cemetery in Lake Butler with the Rev. Roger Worton Officiating. Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler was in charge of arrangements. courtesy of roots web 2000.....
Blanche had two granddaughters Karen Mathis Hudson of Hilliard and Nancy Mathis Mullaley of Jacksonville. Two great grand children Paul Hudson, III and Patrick James Mullaley,Jr.
