Calvin Richard Parrish.


Calvin Richard Parrish, aged 76 of 309 East Alexis court, died at 5:45 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in his residence after 10 days' illness with a heart ailment. He was born in Culver, Ind., Feb. 23, 1860. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Eldora Parrish; five daughters, Mrs. John McDermott, of South Bend; Mrs. Mabel Timm, of Michigan City, Ind.; Mrs. Minnie Baxter, of Akron, O., and Mrs. Pearl Reed and Miss Nellie Parrish, of Clear Lake, Mich.; two sons, Frank and David E. Parrish, both of this city; 10 grandchildren and one brother, Theodore Parrish, of Laporte, Ind. The body will lie in the residence until the funeral there at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Rev. C. Clayton Browne, pastor of First Baptist church, will officiate and burial will be in Riverview cemetery.
