Dr. Keyoda F. Hall was the best Doctor that I ever knew. She used to work at the Family Practice Center on McFarland Avenue in Rossville, GA. I and many others miss her very much. She will never be forgotten. Still can't believe that she is gone forever. Last time I saw her, her arm was in a sling.
Dr. Keyoda Hall, a North Georgia family practitioner, died Thursday, April 8, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 41.
Dr. Hall attended the University of Tennessee and Ross University Medical School. She completed her residency in family practice at UT Medical School in Memphis and was a board certified family practitioner. She had worked in the emergency rooms of Hutcheson Medical Center in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., and Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Ga.
Dr. Hall was a member of the American Medical Association for Family Practice and the North Georgia Medical Association. She was a physician for Olstein Hospice Health Service. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Mark W. Bookout; a daughter, Megan Bookout, Chattanooga; her parents, William L. and Lillian Hooper Hall, East Ridge; and a sister, Kimitia Hall, Chattanooga.
The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, East.
Burial will be in Lomenick Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
