The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, September 7, 1998 at 10 a.m. at St. Edward Catholic Church in Corona. He was shot to death by police September 3rd during a foot chase in Brentwood Park in Corona.

Victor was a lifelong resident of Corona. He was an iron and steel construction engineer.

He is survived by a son, Michael of Corona; his mother, Theresa of Corona; and a brother, Elvie of Missouri.

Preceding him in death was his late father, Harold R "Rosie" Roseberry, who passed in 1991.
