Bette Jayne Arvin, 64, passed away on August 08, 2016 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. from a long illness. She was born on December 29, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA. to John and Mildred Henry. BJ, as she was known to her family and friends, was a long time resident of Lake Havasu City, moving here from West Chester, PA. She was the loving mother of Roger and Stacie. BJ worked as a Cosmetologist for many years and she loved photography and gardening. She will be deeply missed. BJ is survived by her son, Roger G. Ruggeri; daughter, Stacie L.
