She was united in marriage to Lee J. Foreman on October 16, 1910. She attended the Lake Branch Methodist Church and the Methodist Church at Zanesfield, Ohio. Carrie possessed a kind and loving disposition and was true to her church and loved ones.
Carried died on Saturday evening, January 20, 1912 at her home in Zanesfield, Ohio at age 23. Her death was caused by pneumonia, which developed after the birth of a dead baby on January 3rd of the same year.
She left to mourn her untimely death a husband, parents, two brothers and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral services were conducted at the M.E. Church in Zanesfield, Ohio by her former pastor Rev F. G. Markley, assisted by Rev R.W. Turner. She was buried at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
