Catherine was the daughter of Rev. John Hamilton Bullivant and his first wife, Jane Catherine Samson who were married in 1840, the marriage was registered in Oakham, Rutland.
She was baptized on the 7th November 1850 at Gretton Vicarage, where she was born, in the village of Gretton, Northamptonshire. Her father, the Curate of Gretton, lived at the Vicarage with her mother, Jane, who died on the 3rd November 1850, just six days after giving birth to Catherine, she was 37 years old.
Catherine died aged 25 days.
Laid to rest on the 26th November.
