ASHEVILLE, N.C. –– Dale Lee "Rock" Alberts, 67, of Asheville, N.C. passed on Thursday, January 25th, 2024.
He was born on January 9,1957, in Nuremberg Germany on a military base, the son of Edward F. "Sarge" Alberts and Peggy Sue Littleton Alberts.
Dale AKA Rock worked as a race car fabricator for Banjo's Performancenter for more the 25 years and then worked with others in the industry such as the Pearson's. His knowledge and fabrication skills were limitless.
Dale is survived by his wife of 36 years, two adult children and their families including much loved grandchildren. He also has a brother. He also leaves Extended family members and friends who became family.
He also was preceded in death by his parents and many other extended family members.
Anyone who knew him was witness to the shining star he is.
