Sue was a loving foster care advocate and a member of Central Church of Christ in Paducah.
Sue is survived by four children, Kimberly (Mike) Feltner, Timothy (Krista) Teel, Peggy Teel, and Christina Adams; two foster daughters, Rosemarie Seese and Priscilla Dillon; one sister, Becky Shinn; seven grandchildren, Kelsey (Jared) Jones, Kenna (Jon) Stubblefield, Karson Teel, Gracie Adams, Owen Cook, Oliver Cook, and Luna Cook; one great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Sue in death is her husband, George Teel; her parents, William and Margaret Phillips; and a brother and sister-in-law, James and Anola Phillips.
Sue will be cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
