Mrs. Clara Alice Bonifay, 81, of Bonifay Place, died Saturday night in a local hospital.
Mrs. Bonifay was a native of Polk, Neb., and resided in Pensacola for the past 65 years. She was a member of the Myrtle Grove United Methodist Church and the Myrtle Grove Women's club.
Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. Hattie Bancroft, Mrs. Edith Gilliland and Mrs. Elsie Yonker, a son Frank Bonifay; a brother Alfred Aldrich all of Pensacola; 19 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Myrtle Grove United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Braxton McCurley officiating.
She will be placed in the church at 10 a.m.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Cantree, Roger Chinn, David Currie, Allen Riggs, Rodger Morrison and Gene Vallia.
She will be placed in the Fisher-Pou Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
Burial will be in Bayview Memorial Park, with Fisher Pou Funeral Service directing.
