He died from peritontis on 13 June 1913, in Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States, at the age of 23 years and 3 months, and was buried in Nyack Rural Cemetery, West Nyack, Clarkstown, Rockland, New York, United States.∼Apparently worked for logging co. Contracted appendicitis and died .Arranged his own burial. Last known work was he left Minneapolis for Elbow Lake July 29 1910. One Elbow lake in MN. At least 5 in Wis. Recent information indicates he was in Yakima , Washington area at time of death. Still involved in Logging Industry .Date of death confirmed in Fathers bible but no location noted. I found Obit in Daily Advocate, Stamford, Ct. Tue. June 17,1913. Indicates burial in Nyack Rural Cemetery, Nyack NY.
