Born in Dandridge, Jefferson County, Tennessee, and whelped by Barrie Hoytt on June 6, 1994. Sister of Ice Man. Marked with the Warlock line on the nap of your neck, and by Barrie as #193. Hoytt's AKC Miss Ready to Rumble. Originally sent in November, 1994, to Chicago, but owner, stricken suddenly with MS, could not keep you, so back to Barrie you went. By pure luck and the greatest of timing, Barrie flew you to me on December 30, 1994. A finer match there never was, and after an hour flight, you came out of the crate for a piece of cheese, walked into my arms and my heart, and were mine forever. You were a special creature of God. Sleek and beautiful. Keenly intelligent. Fast as lightning. Powerful. Black as the night. Playful, loving, tender, protective, and absolutely fearless. Demanding not of attention, but only of love. Ever vigilant, but never a sound in anger. I never passed you without a pat, a stroke, or a loving word, softly spoken. Sweet girl, Larry's still missing his bagel, I'll bring your frog, some real vanilla wafers, and I'll see you at the Rainbow Bridge. The darkness will become light. Be looking for me.
