SSGT, 63 AAF TRP CARR GP WORLD WAR II

Staff Sergeant Toretsky perished when Douglas C-53 Skytrooper #42-47379, with
glider in tow, crashed on takeoff at Blythe Army Airfield, California. Seven
other fliers were also killed.
